Sebastian Vettel
Sebastian Vettel is a Formula 1 driver, of German nationality – and he drives for the Red Bull Racing. He actually replaced the driver before him – David Coulthard. When Sebastian Vettel took part in the Friday practice, for the Turkish Grand Prix held in 2006, he became the youngest Formula One driver who had ever driven at a Grand Prix meeting. His age then was 19 years and 53 days. He also became the youngest driver ever, to lead a Formula One race, during the Japanese Grand Prix, held on September 30, 2007. In fact, Sebastian Vettel was also the quickest to get fined in Formula One, for speeding in the pitlane. This happened just nine seconds after his career took off, and he was fined $1,000. Vettel is actually quite the record holder – as he was also the sixth youngest driver to ever start a Grand Prix, and he became the youngest driver who had ever scored points in a Grand Prix. He was the youngest Formula One driver to ever win a pole position, when he qualified for the 2008 Italian Grand Prix. In fact, he won this, and this made Sebastian Vettel the youngest Formula One race winner.
A Brief Introduction
Sebastian Vettel’s career started as early as 1995, when he started racing karts, and this made him win different titles like Junior Monaco Kart Cup, in the year 2001. He went on to try his hand at open-wheel cars in the year 2008, and then he won the 2004 German Formula BMW Championship, getting a stunning 18 victories from 20 races. Then, in 2005, for the Formula Three Euroseries, he drove for ASL Mucke Motorsport. He got a fifth standing in the finals, with 64 points, thus he won the year’s top rookie honors. The Williams FW27 Formula One car was tested by him on September 27, to reward his success in the Formula BMW. He also tested for the BMW Sauber team.

Sebastian Vettel raced in the US Grand Prix, he started in the seventh position, and then finished in the eighth position, he then took his first F1 World Championship point, becoming the youngest driver ever to do so.
Sebastian Vettel is definitely one the most talented young men to hit the circuit of Formula One. He made a splash when he started his career in 1995, and since then he has come a long way in the arena of Formula One. The winning of the 2004 German Formula BMW Championship was a major feather in his cap. He also had the privilege of testing the Williams FW27 Formula One car on September 27, as a reward for his success in the Formula BMW.
