Brazilian Grand Prix
The Brazilian Grand Prix is one of the highlights of the Formula One calendar. The passionate Brazilian crowds make the race one of the great spectacles of the season and the challenging circuit adds to the excitement.
The Interlargos circuit provides a bumpy test of the mechanical equipment as much as the skill of the drivers and the tight corners add to the problems of racing at high speeds. This famous event always provides a superb race and much is expected once again this year.

History
Following the international success achieved by Emerson Fittipaldi the clamour for a Brazilian Grand Prix grew and the first Formula One race was set for 1973 at the Interlargos circuit. The race moved from the Sao Paulo track to the Jacarepaguá circuit between 1981 and 1989 but returned to Interlargos since then.
The Brazilian Grand Prix is considered one of the most exciting and challenging circuits on the Formula One calendar and has held some of the most memorable races in recent history.
The Interlargos circuit is loved by the drivers and the relatively small number of changes that have been made to the track since it was built in 1938 add to the mystique and magic that the race exudes.
