History
The Misano Adriatico circuit is located near to Rimini and held regular Italian Grand Prix events throughout the 80′s and 90′s. The course was built in 1972 but was recently modified with updated facilities, track and grandstands and can now accommodate 60,000 spectators. Top-class racing returned to the circuit when MotoGP was first held at the course in 2007 and the popularity of the event makes it likely that the race will continue for a long time into the future.
